"5 stars. Emily is very informed and does great work. She once explained my policies with interpretive dance and whale noises and its the most I've ever understood it, although still dont know what 'comprehensive insurance' is. Not once has anyone from this office slashed my tires or attempted to burn my house down (even though they couldn't cause I am always watching and I am emergency prepared)."

"I can't say enough good things about my State Farm agent and the team. Whenever I call with a question, a policy change, or a claim, they get back to me quickly and take care of it with no runaround. They're always helpful and patient, and they explain my options clearly instead of just selling me something. Their honesty is what really sets them apart. They'll tell me straight up what makes sense for me, even when it isn't the bigger sale. It's rare to find an agent who's this responsive and actually cares about the customer.
