"Completely unprofessional and incompetent team. These guys sent out an inspector who claimed my roof needed replaced. Spencer Marks and his team made no contact with me about said repairs and gave me a deadline of 30 days to repair the roof (the roof was fine, by the way. I had a contactor come out and repair four square feet) without contacting me, mind you. Sure, they sent an email but did they call? Nope. I found out by just checking my app and was appalled to see that my insurance will be cancelled in two days unless I get this roof replaced. Two days! So I called them and asked for an extension. They denied. So I scrambled to find some roofers and showed them a quote and when they'll have time to do it but that didn't help, either. I was trying to get this done and they didn't help at all. Those commercials are full of crap. So when I missed the deadline my insurance was cancelled. I talked to three different people from Spencer Marks but never got to talk to Spencer Marks himself. These people failed me and forced me to take my business elsewhere. Also, I just received a letter stating that because my policy ended before term I owe them $196. Don't do business with these guys. Give your money to someone else."
