While I have been an agent with State Farm for over 3 years, I have been a State Farm insurance customer for over 22 years. I am blessed to have been able to take my experiences as a customer and adopt an approach with my customers that allow me to provide an incredible customer experience.

What I love about my State Farm agency is that I get to help people every day, from what might be considered their worst days (car accidents, fires in the home) to the most exciting things (planning for their children’s college and future, leaving legacy gifts to those most important in their lives). I was born and raised in West Texas and received my undergraduate education at Texas A&M and my graduate education from Trinity University in San Antonio. My wife and I have lived in the North Texas area since 2002 and we currently reside in Gunter, TX, with our three teenage children. We are small business owners at heart as we own Hometown Mercantile, a small boutique located in Gunter. Most recently, I have served the last 5 1/2 years on Gunter’s City Council while my wife currently serves as a member of Gunter ISD's School Board. We are servants through and through and believe in the importance of shopping local and supporting our local communities.

As a small business owner and parent to 3 teenagers, I have come to understand the importance protecting those things that you have worked so very hard for and cherish the most.
